"The Runaways" Has A Distributor At Last!

Good news - hopefully 'The Runaways' will be showing in theatres soon! Variety has a rundown of the films slated to appear in Sundance. It says the following for 'The Runaways':

"The Runaways" - Directed and written by Floria Sigismondi, about the launch of the eponymous '70s all-girl band by tough teen Joan Jett and an eccentric producer. Stars Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning, Scout Taylor-Compton, Michael Shannon, Alia Shawkat and Tatum O'Neal. The world premiere of the Apparition release.

'New Moon' DVD To Be Released February 2010??

Twilight Source: "According to an article on Yahoo!, the New Moon DVD will be released in February 2010. Quotage from an article commenting on Taylor’s new role in Max Steel:

Mattel also recently announced that they would be releasing a Taylor-inspired Jacob Black Barbie doll (with major plastic abs) when the “New Moon” DVD is released in February 2010.

Fans may remember that the Twilight DVD hit store shelves in March of this year – just four months after the film release of Twilight. It looks like fans may only have to wait three months for this one!"
