The full Eclipse soundtrack to be revealed tomorrow!
The wait is almost over Twi-hards: Tomorrow, as EW reported this afternoon, we will be unveiling–one band at a time– the full track listing for the Eclipse soundtrack.
Starting at 8:00 A.M. PT tomorrow morning, we will be announcing each band that will be appearing on the soundtrack for the latest installment of the sink-my-fangs-into-your-neck soap opera, one every half hour. Hope you have six hours to spare! As evidenced by the success of bands such as Paramore—who landed on the firstTwilight soundtrack—this is one album that emerging acts will alway vie to be a part of.
As previously reported, author Stephenie Meyers’ favorite band Muse has landed the coveted prize of band-with-the-first-single-off-the-hotly-anticipated soundtrack. The British laser-loving arena rock band’s “Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever)” will be released on May 17. So stay tuned lovers of men with poufy hair and chicks with middling portrayals of Joan Jett– this is one day of music news you don’t wanna miss.

BREAKING DAWN RELEASE DATE
“A Summit Entertainment spokesperson has confirmed to HitFix that “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” will open nationwide on Nov. 18, 2011. It’s still officially unknown if “Dawn” will be broken up into one or, as rumored, two films. Stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are all expected to return.
Directed by Oscar-winner Bill Condon, the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer’s popular series chronicles Bella’s most advanced initiation into the vampire world to date, but is also seen by many as the most difficult to adapt of all the best-selling novels. Melissa Rosenberg, who adapted the first two novels, would continue in that role for “Dawn.”
The third movie in the series, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” will debut in theaters on June 30 nationwide and in IMAX.”
Oh.My.God. That's so far away!
